<p>Kuldīgas novada pašvaldība elektroniskā izsolē izsolīs nomas tiesības bez apbūves tiesībām uz nekustamā īpašuma Bānīša iela 12, Skrunda, Kuldīgas novads, zemes vienības ar kadastra apzīmējumu 62090020166 daļa, platība 11135 m2.</p>
<p> Nomas tiesības tiek izsolītas bez apbūves tiesībām, izmantošanai Skrundas novada teritorijas plānojumā noteiktajai atļautajai izmantošanai, izņemot saules paneļu uzstādīšana un atjaunojamās saules elektroenerģijas ražošana. </p>
<p>Nomas līguma termiņš – 1 (viens) gads no līguma noslēgšanas dienas. Ja nomnieks ir pildījis nomas līguma nosacījumus, nomas līguma termiņu ir iespējams pagarināt vēl uz vienu termiņu, ar viena termiņa ilgumu 6 gadi.</p>
<p>Izsoles nosacītā cena (sākumcena) sastāda 2115,65 EUR gadā, neskaitot pievienotās vērtības nodokli, drošības nauda 211,57 EUR, izsoles solis 50 EUR, reģistrācijas maksa 10,00 EUR. Papildus nomas maksai maksājams nekustamā īpašuma nodoklis un pievienotās vērtības nodoklis, kā arī sedzamas vērtējuma izmaksas - 204,49 EUR (iekļauts PVN).</p>
<p>Izsole sākas elektronisko izsoļu vietnē https://izsoles.ta.gov.lv 2026. gada 20. aprīlī plkst. 13:00 un noslēdzas 2026. gada 11. maijā plkst. 13:00.</p>
<p>Personai, kura vēlas piedalīties izsolē, līdz 2026. gada 30. aprīļa plkst. 23:59, jāiemaksā Kuldīgas novada pašvaldības pamatbudžeta kontā: Kuldīgas novada pašvaldība, reģ. Nr. 90000035590, AS “SEB banka”, kods UNLALV2X, konts LV26UNLA0011001130401, norādot: Bānīša iela 12, Skrunda, Kuldīgas novads, nomas tiesību izsole”, drošības maksa (211,57 EUR) un reģistrācijas maksa (10 EUR), un, izmantojot elektronisko izsoļu vietni, jānosūta lūgums izsoles rīkotājam autorizēt to dalībai izsolē.</p>
